The Physical Safety School offers practical, accessible training to help people and organizations build real-world security skills. Our courses are designed to strengthen your ability to operate safely in uncertain environments—without turning safety into something overly technical or intimidating.
Safety is a priority not only when something goes wrong, but long before it does. Risks today are real and evolving, and they can affect people, operations, and the work you’re trying to deliver. Having a plan, a shared understanding of threats, and the confidence to act makes the difference between reacting in chaos and responding with control.
Through this school, you’ll learn the foundations of security risk management: how to recognize risk early, reduce exposure through smart planning, and respond effectively when incidents happen. The goal is not to create fear—it’s to build readiness, clarity, and resilience.

Headquartered in the United States and Portugal, CSG maintains a network of experienced security professionals from diverse backgrounds across the globe.

Generally the third Wednesday of the month. Monthly live sessions and office hours on core topics related to physical safety and security.

Generally the first or fourth Wednesday of the month. This is an opportunity for participants to dive deeper into the webinar content as well as have a more interactive experience with the instructors and fellow course participants.

One-on-one support is available for organizations wishing to discuss specific needs. These hours will be distributed on an equitable basis. One-on-one support is not meant to provide emergency assistance.
